Two historic clubs came together in 2001 to make this, and the result mirrors East London itself - diverse, lively, and open to everyone from nine-year-olds to Olympic athletes.

Coached sessions run at least twice a week at St Augustine's Hall in Victoria Park, Mile End Stadium and the London Marathon Community Track. Beginners to elite, across track, field, road and cross country, with around 450 active athletes and close ties to local schools.

If you want structured training right in the heart of the East End, you'll be in good hands here.
