Picture running somewhere as beautiful as Greenwich Park, for free, with qualified coaches looking out for you - that's the deal here, and it has been for over 16 years under Ellie Brown's team.

There are runs through the week plus free community sessions on Thursdays; meet at St Mary's Gate or by the bandstand at the top of the park. Beginners to confident runners, and there's a women-only 5k beginners' course led by female coaches.

Whether you're building to a 5K, a 10K, a marathon, or just want some company, this is your group. Come and join in.
