Neon pink socks, every pace, coffee at the end

🏃 Across London Weekly Social Beginner-friendly Marathon training

You'll spot us a mile off in the neon pink socks. We're one of London's biggest social clubs, with pace groups from a nippy 4:30/km right down to a gloriously relaxed 6:30/km ‘sexy pace' - nobody's too slow.

Weekly clubhouse runs (the Saturday long run pulls a real crowd) kick off with a pre-run briefing and a coffee chat before we split into pace groups and reunite over more coffee afterwards. Routes roll past the London landmarks you'd want them to.

Join the WhatsApp groups via the website for schedules near you, and come find your pace.

Real stories of people who found their people in London.

Margaret Ellison · 5 June 2026 At 68, I thought my world had got smaller. A walking group proved me wrong. After I retired and lost my husband, the house went quiet and the days got long. Then a Saturday walking group gave me back something I thought was gone for good. Arjun Mehta · 13 June 2026 I optimised my whole life in London. Except the part that actually mattered. I moved here for a brilliant engineering job and built a life so efficient I barely had to speak to anyone. It worked perfectly, right up until it didn't. A running club fixed what I couldn't. Stephen Pryce · 11 June 2026 I couldn't remember the last time I'd made a new friend. Then I made one at 41. My friendships had quietly thinned out over a decade, and I'd stopped believing new ones were still possible at my age. A weekly board game night proved me wrong.
