Ealing Eagles Running Club

700 West Londoners who won't let you run alone

🏃 Ealing Weekly - Mondays & Wednesdays Beginner-friendly Social Competitive Marathon training

From people lacing up for the very first time to seasoned marathoners, the Eagles are 700-plus strong and a genuine fixture of West London running - and a world-leading parkrun club to boot.

We head out Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. The only ask is that you can manage our short route - about 5.5km - without stopping, and we honestly don't care how fast that is. Affiliated to England Athletics since 2009.

There's our own 10K and Track Mile, loads of support for the Ealing Half, plus summer leagues, cross country and relays. Whether you want fitness, a race number or just good company, there's a place here for you.

Real stories of people who found their people in London.

Rachel Okafor · 15 June 2026 I was someone's mum from 6am to midnight. A book club gave me back two hours that were mine. After my son was born I disappeared into being his mother. The thing that brought me back wasn't a spa day or a grand gesture. It was a paperback and a room full of women. Claire Donnelly · 7 June 2026 I sat silent at book club for months. Finding my voice there changed my whole life. I'd spent my whole life letting other people's opinions fill the room. A monthly book club, and one patient question, taught me that mine mattered too. Stephen Pryce · 11 June 2026 I couldn't remember the last time I'd made a new friend. Then I made one at 41. My friendships had quietly thinned out over a decade, and I'd stopped believing new ones were still possible at my age. A weekly board game night proved me wrong.
