1,500 SW Londoners and a serious social scene

🏃 Wandsworth 2–3 times per week - Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays Beginner-friendly Social Competitive Marathon training

One of South West London's biggest running and tri clubs - over 1,500 of us - and despite the size, genuinely welcoming to all. There really is a spot for everyone here.

Monday is a social ~8–10k from the Trinity Fields Clubhouse near Wandsworth Common, Tuesday is track at Battersea Park, Thursday is tempo and intervals. Beginners to GB age-groupers, led runs, coached track and long runs - plus café meet-ups, an annual party and a big social calendar. England Athletics affiliated since 2005.

Come for a taster before you commit. You'll see why so many stick around.

Real stories of people who found their people in London.

Liam Carver · 17 June 2026 Burnout took me apart. A beginner running club is how I put myself back together. I pushed myself until I broke, then sat at home ashamed and flat. Learning to run slowly, with no one keeping score, taught me that showing up gently beats winning. Arjun Mehta · 13 June 2026 I optimised my whole life in London. Except the part that actually mattered. I moved here for a brilliant engineering job and built a life so efficient I barely had to speak to anyone. It worked perfectly, right up until it didn't. A running club fixed what I couldn't. Rachel Okafor · 15 June 2026 I was someone's mum from 6am to midnight. A book club gave me back two hours that were mine. After my son was born I disappeared into being his mother. The thing that brought me back wasn't a spa day or a grand gesture. It was a paperback and a room full of women.
