We draw our enthusiastic membership from East London, Waltham Forest, and West Essex, offering walks five days a week. Our programme is incredibly diverse, ranging from historical urban routes through London to wild, bracing rambles in Epping Forest and the rolling hills of Hertfordshire. Our members range from age 50 upwards, and we love sprinkling our walks with lively, friendly conversations, laughter, and a bit of gossip. We focus heavily on the social side of walking, creating a supportive community where life-long friendships are easily made."
