We are the London branch of Red Rope, a national walking and climbing club for socialists and green campaigners. We believe that the great outdoors belongs to everyone, and we actively promote access, equality, and environmental protection. We organize regular countryside day walks, accessible via public transport, alongside low-cost weekends away in mountain huts across Wales, the Lake District, and Scotland. We are a friendly, democratic community of all ages and backgrounds who care deeply about the politics of the outdoors and staying active."
