Leave the headphones and the ego at home
Charlie Dark started this in 2007 and he'll be the first to tell you it's not a club, it's a family. We split into pace groups so nobody's ever stranded, and headphones are banned - the whole point is that you actually talk to the person next to you.
Find us Tuesday evenings, around 6:30pm, outside the lululemon store at Spitalfields Market. All abilities, grouped by level, with mentoring, workshops and events woven around the running.
