How does local history connect with literature? Discover it at our Walworth Library Heritage and Book Group, where we meet monthly at the Southwark Heritage Centre to explore books that tie into local and global heritage.
Our sessions are a beautiful blend of book club and history chat, often looking at how stories reflect the lived experiences, architecture, and cultures of our past. It is an incredibly friendly, warm, and open space where everyone is encouraged to share their family stories and thoughts on the text.
